This is the first of the AmIsh Weddng Series. I like Samantha Bayarr's writing style. Her characters have depth and great personalities. Thus the story is fun to read while learning about the Amish lifestyle. My only complaint is that the stories are too short. They just end too soon.

This was such a good book, Love still exists. Ellie and Jonah were in love as teens, and during their rumsprina Ellis wanted to go away and Jonah wouldn't go. He said if she left he would marry her best friend Hannah. She thought he was joking until she got an invitation to their wedding. Could their love be strong enough to bring them back together? Will he he be shocked when he finds out about the bobble. You must read the book to find out. I was given this book for an honest review. I give it 5++ stars.
This story will grab your attention quickly and leaves you wanting to know how it ends. Each character is wrestling with turning over every aspect of their life to God. This story is so relevant to everyone's daily struggles. I am anxiously waiting for the next book.
I have to say when I began reading this book I really didn't have my mind in it,but the first two chapters quickly changed that and i could not put it down til the final word was read.Normally this isn't my genre of reading but I wanted a change and this definitely was worth it.I am looking forward to book 2.I will, without a doubt be purchasing more of Samantha Bayarrs books in the very near future.
Ellie couldn't believe it when she received an invitation to her best friend Hannah's wedding. Especially since she was marrying Ellie's former beau Jonas. Ellie's dilemma, should she finally go home and go to the wedding knowing everyone will find out the secret she's been keeping.A must read. Really enjoyed this book. Looking forward to book 2.
Ellie left to go on her rumspringa not long after she and Jonas gave into their one night of passion. They were so in love but her mother agreed with her going out to see what the outside world was like, but Jonas did not want to and he threatened Ellie Heywood marry her friend Hannah if she did not come back within two years. Jonas or her family did not she gave birth to Jonas daughter while she she has been gone Katie is now eighteen months old and looks just like Jonas. She received an invitation to Jonas and Hannah's wedding and decides to go home to her mother's to let Jonas know he has a daughter.
