Jane's father moves the entire family from Michigan to Indiana to an Amish community. Jane has lived a life of abuse from her mother who is an alcoholic, and is in recovery. They moved in hopes it would help her. They go to an Amish school, dress like the Amish and live simply like their neighbors. Jane falls in love and marries and then tragedy strikes her family and she doesn't know if she will ever love again. Her children are worried about her and want her to find someone for herself and also a papa for them. I give this book 5 Stars.
This set was really good full of emotional content and follows the lives of a family moving into Amish country to strengthen their family and heal the wounds inflicted by alcohol abuse. The seven children of the family grow up and begin their own lives. I felt that the story stopped instead of ended.
Another box set by this author that I absolutely love. The detail Samantha goes into makes you feel like you are right there with the family through all of their struggles. If you haven't read a book by this author yet. I recommend them all!!
I love Samantha Jillian Bayarr's work. I have read many of her book. However, when I began this series I wasn't sure I was going to like it...I wasn't sure about the 70's lingo mixed with the Amish. With that said I fell in love with characters and I enjoyed the series. I felt like I knew each character personally. I love how connected I become to Bayarr's books.

Can she find true love again?
This is a must read series from Samantha Jillian Bayarr. I love how the Author brings the English and Amish together, this series will have you going through a mix of emotions. I really hope there is a book four in this series I don't want it to end just yet.
