This is a great overview on why businesses of all types and sizes need to implement or outsource a cyber-security plan and team, followed with an overview of what to do, who to hire, and how to do it. This is a great book for a CEO, Board of Directors, or other Executive who needs to get up to speed quickly on the issues around cyber-security, and the effective implementation and hiring for a cyber-security plan. Very conscice, Mr. Ferraro (a leading expert on cyber-security), doesn't waste words telling you what your company needs to do and why they need to do it. Before reading this, I had some apprehension about the title. How could one book explain everything that an executive needs to know about cyber? Well, he came pretty close to nailing it.I would have welcomed some focus on what metrics a CEO/BoD needs to monitor on an ongoing basis. Perhaps that could be added to the next edition, or in a complimentary chapter.

This is certainly a must read for CEO's and COO's. It's an awesome read for aspiring CISO "rock stars"! Clearly written by an incredibly experienced cyber security professional.
