I love the plain talk, it's easy reading. For example, when Humphrey spoke of detoxing, she said, ..."grab a cup of that liquid green stuff..." Funny thing is: I did. Not only that, Humphrey didn't come from a lofty position. She let it be known that she's been in the trenches, and has been in need of transformation herself. And she broke it down into bite-sized pieces. I was able to finish this eBook within 24 hours. But make no mistake about it, this is a reference book for me now. Not one I'll read just once and toss to the side, nah. I will constantly refer to this helpful POWER MOVE GUIDE.
Not only does this relate to life, it also gives you tools to press forward and get through some things.
