I bought this book to assist my granddaughter with her math under the suggestion of her tutor. This book is great and the exercises are helping to strengthen my granddaughter's math skills. There exercises are easy to understand and they are fully explained well. I would definitely suggest getting this book if you are struggling in math.
I needed a Mathematics workbook for our homeschool curriculum. I was very hesitant on the Common Core Mathematics curriculum but my children attended public school up until this year, when I decided that due some impending changing factors in our lives I would homeschool. I didn't want to mess up what they had already learned in public school, and possibly make it harder for them later if they decided to return to public school by not continuing with the Common Core Mathematics. When I first looked over the lessons it didn't seem to me as though they were repetitive enough for them to actually get it. But now that we have been using them for a few weeks I realized that it is not really that difficult to get and my children are breezing through the lessons with ease.
The pages in this book cannot be copied, not even for a single classroom use. It is a waste of money.
I wish I had this book closer to the beginning of the year. I have struggled to find the resources I have needed for the new Common Core and this book really helped.
