Wonderful little popup book to inttoduce the young child (age 2-3) to the story of Wueen Esther. This is not an indepth account of the entire story as the very young toddler is not ready for that much information. The toddlers in my Sunday school class loved the book. This is a "board book" for babies and toddlers
This little book says "Haman was a mean, mean man (who) wanted to hurt God's people." Who are they? Aren't we all? So a book meant to introduce children to the story of Queen Esther and her risking her life to save her people - the Jews, resulting in the celebration of Purim, manages to pretend that neither the Jews nor the holiday have anything to do with the story of Esther and Haman. IT DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL (but this website forecloses that option).
