Jay Johnson exploits the many connotations of the word, 'queer', in an almost trickster fashion. Like the prophets of ancient Israel, Johnson renders judgment and hope. He offers the reader sound Christian theology, inspiring a "faith active in love" (Gal. 5:6). I heartily recommend this book.
This text is great for those wanting to have a practical application of the Gospel in our contemporary culture.
