Quick & Dirty HighlightsAt the end of this review I have posted a comment which may interest those readers who wonder why I so eagerly review Children's Books even though such efforts by me receive little notice.Now, on to my review:Several weeks ago I received a request to read a complimentary copy of A Glass Full of Rumors in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. When the author explained the premise, (to provide moral lessons for our youth), I considered refusing. My concern was that it might be too preachy or her goals might somehow weaken the fun of reading for youngsters. I need not have worried.This is a wonderful, fun, educational story that I recommend for all children. Heck, even a few grown-ups might learn from the morals of Socrates. I do want to note, though, that the central premise of this story is not about bullying. Still, it is a great effort.Length: Print, 72 pages, plus some additional information and an offer of a free book.Target Audience/Genre: Children's Picture Book Fiction.Q - Are there a lot of typos/misspellings, grammatical errors or other editing failures?A – No.Q - Is this a fast, easy read or is it more of a leisure read?A – A fast, fun read.Q - What sort of language does this writer use to amplify the points made?A – Plain English.Q - What age group is this suitable for?A - Children.Q - My biggest pleasure or disappointment?A - This is a wonderful tale that every parent will enjoy reading to their children.
