Nave was a chaplain in the United States Army and referred to his work as "the result of fourteen years of delight and untiring study of the Word of God." It is a topical concordance of the Bible, and contains Biblical references to over 20,000 topics. Scripture is quoted over 100,000 times; the same Scripture citation may appear under several headings.The topic headings are broad, covering many religious concepts, geographical regions, and names of Biblical figures. While theological concepts such as salvation and worship are included, a wide range of topics, such as Biblical references to ropes, are also included. This reflects the author's intention, as stated in the book's preface, to "...note and classify everything found in the Scriptures".The book took fourteen years to complete. At least seven editions have been published, based on the King James Version and Revised Version of the Bible. Each verse of the Bible is indexed according to the topics it is classified under. Christian figures such as Billy Graham have endorsed the book.

I bought this because of the reviews.Without a doubt, this version is well suited to KIndle.Once I got it, I have found that it isn't any handier to me than a concordance or even the search feature on a Bible ebook.I can see why a sermon writer might use this a fair bit but what I need, most of the time, is to look up a familiar passage or to find a passage quoted by someone else where chapter & verse are not given (as in a quote from a book).I have so many King James Bibles as ebooks and print books that having another one is not a big bonus for me.If I were only to have one ebook KJV bound with a reference work, it would be Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown's Commentary on the Whole Bible (best navigation with Direct Verse Jump).
Very poor and cumbersome implementation of a very good bible resource. Whoever designed this has no imagination and poor organizational skills, and apparently is completely clueless as to the actual use of a topical bible.. I very much regret the purchase, and highly recommend that you pass on this one. It requires way too many button clicks to be useful. Too bad; it could've been great.
I have and use the print edition a lot. It doesn't just list the passage it has them all right there in order from Old Testament to New Testament so you can read it without having to look them all up individually. The e-version just shows all the different passages, then you have to go look up each one.
It is easy to use and full of information. I have used the paper copy for over 35 years. The ebook is a great way to take it with me.
Extreamly difficult to use. There should be a list of topics, then,a list of scriptures that pertain to that topic. How hard is that.
This is a good study aid. I have turned to it often during Bible study. It is simple and convenient to use on the Ki dle Fire HD.
Terrible navigation! No book titles, not chapter titles. No guide or directions. If I can get my money back I will.
