Have you struggled with knowing which Bible atlas to get? This is the one. I have been disappointed for years with ordering bible atlas's and not liking them. They usually don't have clear enough pictures or enough detail or the particular maps I'm looking for. I was blown away when I received this atlas! It exceeds my expectations. It is well worth the bucks.
I highly recommend this Atlas whether you are religious or just interested in history; I found it very informative regarding the bronze age in the middle east. On the religious side, I have a well annotated Bible which already includes great maps and pictures, but I still found myself wondering where exactly something occurred-- this Atlas has it all. Additionally, it includes nice sections on cultures touched on by the Bible which shed light on what is happening, and why. If you are already a professional historian or theologian, you might just be interested in the maps, but for laypeople like myself, this book is chock full of treasure.
