This is really a great adventure book for any young reader. It really has it all-a moral driven adventure, strange and exotic creatures, mystical powers, and even a dragon!I loved the actual concept of Wizartry, I won't give it away here but it really is a unique concept that helps keep the story fresh and entertaining, I think all readers will be eager to learn more about Wizartry and the world of Inner Earth.Aside from a cool story and concept there really are great lessons here for young readers. The characters show a lot perseverance when the going gets tough, and I think the biggest lesson young readers will take away is the importance and value of friendship.Great book for young readers, or anyone as I was quickly sucked into the story as well! It sounds like there are/will be more Doodles books, and I can't wait.
This is the second book, in what I hope will be a multi-book series, about Doodles Lanhorn, a middle school aged boy with a special talent who is ridiculed and bullied because he is a bit different. In this well written adventure, Doodles, with his unique talent and the help of his friends, saves his family and his town, and protects a very special place filled with magic and wonder. In this story we follow Doodles as he hones his special abilities, grows in confidence and learns the importance of trusted friends. This is a fun book to read for young teens and adults, with a powerful message about standing tall.
This is one of the most creative books for children that I've ever read since Harry Potter. Any child and adult would get great pleasure in reading this book. It will take you to a magical place and have kids wanting more.
I enjoyed this book, but it could use a little work. I will start off with the pros. This was a fun read. It had some fun characters and the magic was very creative. You absolutely find yourself relating to the main character and the stuff he has to go through. Inner Earth is a really neat concept and an interesting place. The cons: the side characters, his sidekicks if you will, were just placeholders, merely saying things to help the story move along. I would have liked for them to evolve as the story progressed and for their dialogue to be tighter.

I loved reading this book! It is well written and takes you on a journey. I especially like this book because it is engaging and teaches profound life lessons. Anyone would love this. Excellent! Highly recommend!
It is an awesome story but for me it was kind of short.this book is interesting,mysterious and has a true bond of friendship. But there was a few parts where they made errors. This book is about a boy whose parents and family have magical powers,when they get trapped it is up to doodles lanhorn and his friends to save them. This book is ideal for children about 8-12 years old. Anyway,out of ten marks I would give 9.8 percent good.
I read this book with my son who is a 10 year-old. He loved it so much I had to download it on my Kindle for him to read. I loved that Doodles was brave and trusted in his friends. Best part was when Doodles smiled. “I didn’t have to go through it alone. I had my friends with me, and there is nothing stronger than the power of friendship. Yeah, a great book!
