What a beautifully written book. Masterful teaching by Dr. MacArthur as expected and his pastor's heart shines throughout. And his first position as a disciple of Christ. This is a man in awe of his Lord.It makes no difference how many times one has read John's Gospel on this event -- new insights abound. So much to ponder and pray over with tears in my own life.Please read this book. I received it as a gift from GTY.
This book is not only an historical account of what happened the night Jesus died, it's a book that will help you search your own heart.If you're interested in searching your heart to see if you are humble, loving, loyal, etc., read the book. I highly recommend it.
Wonderful book! Explains the historical account of Jesus and His disciples during their time in the upper room. You will learn things about this event you have never considered. John MacArthur explains it in a manner that is easy to read and understand. I used it as a devotion.
Yet again another great book with sound biblical teaching from MacArthur. This book covers John chapters 13-16. Great insights and convicting truths. This would be a great discipleship tool for leading a newer believer.
It has surpassed my expectations. It arrived on time, was in excellent condition. I have learned so much from it.I highly recommend this great read
