I bought this book to read with my kids. When I opened the package it was so inviting I started reading it before they even got home from school. It is so well written that it actually drew me into the story as an adult. I can't wait for bedtime to share it with them. Beautiful cover art, and amazingly detailed description and effective storytelling to draw you in and make you a life long reader! That's what I want in the books my kids read. Thanks again Disney! What's next! I'm "hooked" get it....because CJ....
As a huge Descendants fan, I was utterly ashamed of this book. Fans have known about CJ since Toy Fair in February and finally CJ was going to make her debut and steal the show! But, that isn't really what we got. What we got, in my opinion, was a poorly written book that had a loose and not thought out well plot. Poor CJ, she gets a lame book and we'll probably never see her again.
Great book for a Descendents fan. My oldest was SUPER excited to get a new book in the series. Nice hard cover with vibrant colors. Compact and great for reading on the go. Very satisfied!
The book is in good condition when it came and a great read.
