Everyone loves a good romance book including me! I enjoy reading a novel with a happy ending. This first novel is called "The Pastor's Daughter" by Sam Cassidy. It is about Sally, who just graduated high school and is waiting to go on to college in the fall. She met Jackson, who is also a teenager, but is Amish and he is being a bad boy. This is Jackson's time to run around before become an adult in the Amish community. Actually, I think this particular book would appeal more to high school teenagers than adult ladies. It was sweet. Each of the rest of these short novels are written by different authors. Each one features totally different backgrounds, themes, and characters. These books definitely have some twists and turns that will surprise you as it did me. There is some fantasy as well as great fiction. I love the good looking guy meeting the pretty lady. Keep in mind that this book is not for young teenagers, except for the first one as I noted. There is a warning that this book contains mature themes and language. It is intended for readers 18 + years of age. A few of these novels were not my cup of tea, so I just skipped to the next one. Perhaps you will enjoy pursuing 100% of these books. I received this book free for review, so here's my honest opinion:I like Sam Cassidy. This author's books are not overly graphic but very well written and entertaining.This story is about a Christian girl who meets a young Amish man on Rumspringa. Her parents do not approve because of negative rumors and their overprotective nature. It's a sweet story about their summer romance.I don't want to give too much away because there's not much more to these short stories anyway.
