The two books in this series were great fun to read. The characters are well rounded and true to the classic good vs evil. They were easy and pleasant to read. Twists and turns gave the story added interest. I highly recommend both books.
Well another good adventure lots of action, bushwackers and the norm for a good follow-up. Devon and Rig are arrested by a backstabbing USDeputy Marshal and two con men. Well Devon reads that his father died a year ago and his mother sold the ranch and is living with her daughter and son in law, who doesn't want her there. So this was said in the letter, Devon sends for his mother to come and stay with him and his new wife. Again a clean western with lots of action and who done it. Hopefully there will be another follow-up of MACLEOD...This is showing how the west was growing with all the hiccups and dying town's..cattle rustlers, hustlers..A GREAT READ..keep your coffee hot......🔥
I would like to recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a very interesting and exciting book where the action never stops. I am finding these books to be very difficult to put down. I will be looking forward to reading the next book from this author.
Good story. I have always thought of the old west as Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Colorado. One never thinks of Oregon as the old west. The book shows how much it was. Enjoy the read.
Fishers book takes into the middle of each episode with clear intent to leave all subtly behind! Interesting character to await his mistakes and how he recovers!
