Bought this for my 7yr old to prep for 3rd grade. He loves having me check and give stickers when he finishes them! I like how they have each sheet be a math lesson on the front page and the back of that page is the English lesson
I purchased this excellent workbook of summer activities for my daughter. The activities in this book helped my daughter to review the skills that she mastered in third grade, preview the skills that she would learn in fourth grade, and help prevent summer learning loss. I filled the summer months with learning experiences that would deepen and enrich my daughter's knowledge and prepare her for the new school year. My daughter is glad to know that this workbook includes a recommended reading list, an educational poster, a calendar to chart progress, stickers and a certificate of achievement. These age-appropriate activities are presented in a fun and creative way to challenge and engage my daughter. It is a wonderful workbook to help my daughter get motivated for their first day back at school. In the new school year, my daughter started to use Beestar online practice. She often ranks high among his peers. I give credits to this book. Highly recommend.
very helpful book. my 4th grader enjoys working in this workbook. I like the idea that he can keep what he has learned during the previous school year fresh by applying the concepts in this workbook.
This workbook is perfect for helping my little one transition to grade 4. It has just the right degree of easy, medium, and hard exercises, reward system, and summer reading. In no more than 10-15minutes per day, keep his mind and brain stimulated.
We buy these books to use during the summer. Review the last year and make sure the child is ready for next year. We look Kumon as it is a basic and straight forward look at math and reading.
