This is one of my toddler's favorite books. It's a great way to teach the lesson of swimming. She will duck her head with Boots and swing her arms. We talk about water safety too while reading. The illustrations are very engaging and keep her interested.
There isn't much going on here. It will hold the attention a few times but after that would either recommend something longer (for the older kid) or less word (for the younger kid).

This book was a gift to my grand daughter. She loves it. I had it sent directly to her which added to the excitement.
Perfect for my 2 year old son's first trip to the beach. He's a big Dora fan and this got him very excited for the sand and water.
Another fun Dora book. My 2.5 year old loves it - she tells us that she wants to go swim in the ocean like Boots and Dora!
My daughter loves Dora's books, they have few pictures in each page so the attention is more focused on the story.
Sent this to my granddaughter. She's two. She loves it so much she sleeps with it. I'm going to buy another one.
