Perfect book series for my 2nd grader! We already read the 1st book and she loved it! She can't wait to read the next one. A page turner for my little one, which says a lot. Usually she would do her minimum of 15-20 minutes a night of reading, with this series she wanted to read for an hour or more a night.
I purchased the "Whatever After" Boxset of books for our Granddaughter for Christmas. She has thoroughly enjoyed them! The story line kept her interested and wanting to read further, fewer breaks and more nose in the book! I too enjoyed them as she read out loud to the family. Very well written and entertaining!
My daughter really likes these books. They are a bit of a challenge as she is only in Kindergarten (she's a very advanced reader for her age), but I like that it's challenging. She really enjoys them.
Good value for this set and all the little girls in my 7-year-old daughter's school class love them so it was part of a gift.
I purchased this set for my 10 year old granddaughter who LOVES this series. She can't wait to get to the next book and is a little disappointed that there are more books outside of the set that did not come with it. She is looking forward to reading all this books this Author writes!
Reluctant reader (girl, 8) has gotten in to these. It is taking her a while to get through, but I can live with that :).
This is the best series of books that we have picked up since the Magic Tree House series! My daughter is 7.....she is kind-of over the Disney Princess phase but she LOVES these books and they are entertaining for adults too. Great work Sarah Mlynowski!
I bought this series for my daughter who is a reluctant reader and she loves them. Even my 5 yr old son loves these stories. :) This is a great series for young children who are interested in fantasy stories.
