A moving testimony on Psalm 46. I have every intention of reading this again. His interpretation of the Psalm has made me think more about what is being said, and how I can better align my own thinking when praying.

The message is clear to anyone who finds themselves in the midst of chaos. This message cleans out any spiritual closet that has become cluttered with information along the journey of the seven spiritual paths or holy sacraments.
On of my favorite spiritual treatments/affirmations for anxiety and fear. He takes us step by step through the 46th Psalm explaining the plain meaning of the beautiful verses in a positive and uplifting way. I can read it over and over.
