I got it to be supplemental material to the heritage class I'm teaching my 7th grader. She's not particularly into ships or anything, but it really adds interest and knowledge as we study 18th century pirates and explorers. Fantastic pictures--so detailed and clear you feel like you could touch them.
Will not buy used again. Books falling apart.
