This is an exciting book for any Children and also Adults who are in need for an introductory view of our local universe. This books has good comments, brief information (but reliable), lovely graphics and photos, on which you can find a deep expression of the universe that we barely know actually. You can find fun facts, general info, and nice pictures that will entertain you and any children since the first page until finished. Any children will read and enjoy this book several times without any boring experience at all.It is true that the universe contains everything we know and much more we don’t know yet. There is energy, everything is energy, and the energy is expressed in dark matter, planets, constellations, gazing stars, nebulae, etc.The point of view that the Author is providing as introductory is somehow a view that goes farther than a rigid scientific approach as by now much of the information provided by science is not enough to help us understand our local universe. I think that this book is a very good point of view with reasonable information that stimulates you to perform further reading and research on our universe and surroundings. Therefore, I do encourage you to search for other books published by Speedy Publishing LLC as you will also find books about the ocean, sea animals, children’s baby animal’s book, dinosaurs, Egyptology, minerals and rocks, etc. Please note that I did receive this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. If this review is helpful for you, then please click the “yes” button below. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

I downloaded this book for free on my kindle app.I found the pictures very colorful and vivid. The facts were very interesting and informative. While I am reading this to my son, I found myself learning things I didnt know. The only thing I found odd is the facts are all on the same background, however this doesnt effect how much I enjoy the book.Having it on my kindle app is very convenient for me wen Im out and about with my son.

It makes it a bit hard to read.

My sonless science and this book didn't disappoint. It downloaded easily to his kindle. The pictures are amazing and the descriptions are informative. He needs help reading it as he is still learning, but even after I've read it to him, he goes back and enjoys the pictures. Great informative book!I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

This short book covers many of the basic facts about our solar system, and briefly touches on the universe as a whole. Honestly, I wasn't really happy with this book until about the 10th page. The title of the book is a little misleading, until about half way through. By the end of the book, I was impressed with the information it contained. However, I can't overlook that most (if not all) of the images are renderings only, and the only labeled overview of the solar system (on page 4) leaves out Mars and Uranus, but includes Pluto. No where does it say that these are the planets, but it certainly looks like a larger image cropped to fit, but in a negative way that leaves out information. The last half of the book is the part which really redeems it for me. Even though the planets are all depicted as crude multicolored spheres, the information contained within the text is condensed and appropriate for young astronomers. What really impressed me is that I even learned something in the dwarf planet pages. Ceres and Eris were considered "planet"s, before that word was officially defined in 2006.As a result, I would definitely recommend this book for young astronomers.Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
