Our 10 year old loves math. This fractions workbook is easy to understand, provides examples and explanations, and progresses comfortably to the next lesson. A great 5th grade fractions workbook for homeschoolers and those who need extra practice. Recommended.
I like this series of books. It helps to strengthen fundamental skills. I got it for my 5th grader as complementary book to her school math book. My daughter made a good progress with it, and she is able to work independently, almost without my help, as every new concept is explained and examples given in the beginning of the chapters.
This workbook is not very effective for someone who really needs work on fractions. And why would anyone be buying this workbook if they were good at fractions? It explains how to do the operations but there's no explanation for the practice problems.
