Had I this book many decades ago, I would have produced a better understanding of mathematics. Having had teachers who did well in math, but did not apparently teach it well, I did not clearly understand math. Having chosen a college degree that required stat and many research classes and graduating with graduate degree in two masters' programs requiring research and more math, I am among many who just took the required classes to graduate. This book will aid an ESL to understand the foundation of his future studies. This book will help anyone, and I consider it a requisite help for those who wish to build a good education.
