This is just a really helpful commentary on this New Testament book that is rather hard to understand. The author will give the reader great help in understanding both the background and context to the whole book as well as the individual chapters and sections within the chapters. I highly recommend it to those who want a simple and readable study. GMM
I have used several of these study guides with a person confined to prison. Since he has no support group, per se, and no Bible Study group, he has found all of the Everyone Bible Study Guides, quite helpful.
This is a good study guide. NT Wright does a good job stepping you through the book. Unfortunately the questions tend to be a little leading and generic. It could be a little more thought provoking.
I am doing this study with 11 other women. It is the perfect amount of material to get an engaging, thoughtful discussion going. Not too much to feel overwhelming to women but enough to dig into the content.
