Ebooks Online

The major factions of Chicago—the police, the White Court of Vampires, and "Gentleman" Johnny Marcone's underworld network—are officially at war! At the heart of the conflict is the malevolent, psychotic Puck. Why he's turned these forces against each other is a mystery. A bigger one is how Harry is going to track him down and defeat him while his city is engulfed in violence. Seeking the help of an even more powerful entity may be his only choice.

I was not ready for this version of "The Wizard from Chicago". Without any real warning (except a price that should have made look harder) I ordered what I thought was another edition of "Dresden files". It is, but, it's a graphic novel setup with very short storyline and a second sort of look that I don't understand, nor am I going to investigate, as I feel ripped off. I have read every chapter if the DRESEN FILES - even watched the syndicated series and I'm always ready for the next look into Harry's tangled life and adventures. This is not close to another version of the series. It's about 6 pages of novel with good Graphics and dialog that runs just like it should, but, it;s six pages of graphic novel, not the book I was looking forwartd to. I will have to look closer before next purchase.

This is a great story with a bad guy who is definitely unique. Luck just wants to have fun and unfortunately this involves causing others to commit acts of violence he gets to enjoy. Wish it had been a bit longer but it got the job done. Dresden fans will be happy.

These do not open on my kindle very well, I gave up trying to read it and wish I could return the whole series. Don't get me wrong I love the Dresden Files books and wish there was a new a one available to read!

Like the novels the comics just get better and better and yes Lara makes me Drool so their wonderful read

i love the comic but cant wait for the next novel.great graphics and good story. love it a lot
