I like Star Wars, I even watch Rebels, and my children are grown. I showed this encyclopedia to my friend. I'm an aficionado, he's a nut. Example, he's 46, and still has Star Wars bed sheets. I guess his wife loves him. I told him about the eBook, he grabbed my laptop, and said "If IG-88 isn't in here, it's not complete!" He began to respect the author, because IG-88 was in there. If Chris can respect the author, he deserves 6 not just 5 stars.
Every character I can say should be spot on and has to be felt deeply and with the emotions they feel in the background. I do have minor concerns about a certain confrontation but we'll see what happens.This book gives a very crucial element of all Star Wars stories, an element of fun and adventure, making it worth the pain it was for me to give it a full read.
This book provides a bit of description regarding all the characters in Star Wars Movie. This is a good source of information if you got confused on their respective roles and more. It was an a good source of entertainment reading this book!
this clearly leaves up to the promise it has in in depth character description for all most every that is available in movie or star war bool series so far, one more thing i want to add that author is make this book so much easier to read that even a 5 year can figure it out what is going on even though is he or she don't watch read it before.
I've been a Star Wars fan my entire life, and have read several of the Expanded Universe books. I'd never wanted to read the novelization of the original trilogy, however, until recently. On a lark, more than anything, I decided to pick it up. Overall, a good introduction for the star wars character description. So buy this book as soon as you can!!!
Not a fan of Star Wars, but my kids are, so I find this book very interesting and enjoyable because mainly I can relate to my kids every time we're watching it on TV. Now, I am very much aware and fully know the characters of this remarkable movie by George Lucas.
This book contains perhaps the descriptions of all the characters that were involved in Star Wars (Episodes 1-6). I had watched all the six episodes of Star Wars and I could hardly remember most of the characters described in this book except for the main characters. Just to name a few: Biggs Darklighter, BoShek, Jon Vander, Figrin D'an, 4LOM, IG-88, Qui Gon Jinn and many more. The description of each of the characters involved in Star Wars can be of great importance in appreciating the entire episodes of Star Wars especially that the seventh episode (The Force Awakens) is now being released.
This book was a real treat. A trip back was all I needed and not only did I got the chance to re-introduce myself to all of the epic characters, it was a journey that brought back many other great memories. This legacy lives on and these books are proof of that.
