In the beginning I wanted to cry as no child should be rejected. Her father's love with that of her nanny made her a beautiful person. Then a sad man married her. Her faith and insight saved him. They fell in love and the Ugly Duckling did turn into a beautiful Swan. You just have to take time to read this novella. This is a new author for me, but I am going to look up her other books, knowing they shall be equally as good as The Duke's Ugly Duckling.
A wonderful read. Great and believably well developed characters that tug at your heart strings. Plot and story line totally believable.I am not including character details or discussing them or the plot, I do not care for reviews that give out too much info. I am an avidreader (have been reading regency since a young teen) and would recommend this title.Thank you, Charity McColl.
