I have been searching for an animal encyclopedia and when I saw this I thought it was exactly what I was looking for. It covers the surface of animals, but it was not nearly as in depth as I was expecting.If you're looking for a one-stop, everything-you-need book that covers it all, check out the Illustrated Encyclopedia of Animals by David Burnie.
