I remember when I purchased this in paperback format, and I love it as a Bible study guide. John Brunt did a great job writing both the commentary and study questions. I did go through and note some more recent study tools. I also am using this in conjunction with the NIV Live Experience which is an audio Bible app that allows you to navigate at the verse level, which I recommend.The only reason I rated this 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with formatting. Each chapter has different sections and they have zero formatting. The headings should not be plain text, it should be at least bold. Preferably they should be formatted to be part of the TOC navigation. I understand this is part of their backlist, but I'm being charged the price of a book that just came out. I don't believe this being an older book is an excuse for poor formatting. Making headings something other than pain text is not a difficult or unreasonable expextation. The headings in this series are repeated in each chapter so searching within the base document and adding formatting should be simple.If this ever gets updated and fixed I would change it to 5 stars.
