Excellent crafts for "grown-ups" to do with kids. Most of the supplies that are needed for these projects are easily found in the home. And if you don't have what you need in your home, you can probably get it from a friend or neighbor. The book is very visual, along with good step by step instructions. The projects in the book are not only fun, but can be used for educational purposes as well.
This book is fun and has wonderful, easy projects. The cover says this book is for ages 5-9. I'm currently working on the button jar and pinchushion top with my 3 1/2 granddaughter.

My daughter said she would like to do more crafts, so I bought this book. It is nice because the projects are fun and easy. Most of the supplies needed are things most people with kids already have around the house. I would recommend it.
This book makes the perfect family gift. If you exchange gifts to that are meant to be enjoyed by the entire family this is perfect. Plus the extra benefit of being remembered all year for many years to come!
This is one of the best craft books for kids I've found. Each project is easy to do, without needing a long list of supplies that we don't already have on hand in a house full of kids. We hardly know where to start!
My daughter loves this. She is 6 and she just chooses a craft from there and follows to picture instructions. Very good drawn pictures for directions that are all in colour and lots and lots of ideas. There is a nice combination of easy crafts and harder ones for older children or for parent help. No need for me to read to her what it says or to help her with the crafts for the most part for the easier ones because of the picture instructions. Sometimes I need to explain how she is supposed to do something but the crafts are ones she can do my herself for the most part - she is a fairly independent and capable girl though. The harder crafts have less pictures and more words for older kids or an adult to help but I would think any age child from 3 to 8 (or any child interested in crafts still) would love this book if they love crafts.
It is very nice book for the small children crafts. We have made already quite a few things and my daughter 3 y.o absolutely enjoyed making them. I also like it because i needed a simple and easy available material and was not necessary to go to the specialised crafts shops.
