This was an interesting book to read that captivated me to finish it the day I started . I am looking forward to reading more of her books . I hope she keeps the same style of writing in her future books .
Marianna was hit with devastating news and had to make a hard decision. The story was not boring and the ending was very romantic. If you enjoy a good mail order bride story, this is one. Also, the bonus stories were also very well written.
Most of the stories were decent, but the one story about the woman detective was lude and not worthy of the author. I am very surprised that this story was approved to be added to this collection. Open sex belongs under X rating, and should no be added to better writing.
I read through the first 1+1/2 stories and while they are nice, clean romances, they need more depth. How could Marianna ride behind the hero on a horse in the long fashion dress astride? Why was there no mention of luggage in the second story when she traveled out west? I prefer more details in personality descriptions and motivations.
It was a nice love story.
This story was fine but about 5 stories into the "bonus" content was one with fairly graphic sex scenes. Not okay for a "Christian clean romance"!
This set of stories were wonderful each one better than the next everyone should get the chance to read these pages. Barbara Trudeau
If you can't afford to pay someone to proof and edit you book, you could at least use the software by grammar.com to clean it up.
