This book is an awosme book. Frist of all i have to say Elizabeth George is an awsome author. This book talks about he fruit of the spirt. Like like Love, Joy, Peace, Goodness etc..This book talks about each one of the fruits. Elizabeth gives stories for most of them and backs her infomation up with scripture. This book also talks about Jesus and how he acted. Which is so amazing. The only bad thing about this book is when you finish it.John 20:22

Excellent book! This is one of our favorites and was foundational for my daughter at this time in her life and walk with God. Mrs. George has a wonderful writing style that just encourages young ladies to draw near to God and to begin to make core choices that will define who they will be and that will guide them through the years ahead.

I see a lot of reviews about kids and teenagers using this book but I am 23 and I think it's wonderful for any age especially older because it can be easier to understand with age. I grew up in a religious family, going to church, religion classes all the way until high school when I ventured away from private school. I lost touch with God as I grew older and I've never read the bible. I recently tried reading it and it wasn't so easy for me. I'm very stubborn and I over think every single thing especially when it comes to reading. My best friend showed me this book and told me about it. She was in Spain at the time so I couldn't get together with her and study with her. So I downloaded this on my kindle and began to go to work with it. I just pulled out a notebook and took notes to the questions, highlighted specific things and looked up the bible verses. This is the coolest book! Learning about the fruit of the spirits was one of the neatest things for me because it stuck to my brain and I think about them every day and try my hardest to be a wonderful person. I definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to get closer with God and to understand more than you already know. It's a wonderful and beneficial learning experience.

This book is really good for your teenage daughter. My daughter and I did this together. It is pushes you forward for the Lord.

I bought this book for my little sister, as she was starting to take an interest in God's role in her life, and this book changed her life. it's such a great tool for any young woman seeking the heart of the Lord.

I bought this for my 17 year old granddaughter. She is enjoying reading it.Service was great.

I had hoped to send this book to a young woman I support in Africa through a Christian organization. However, the U.S.-centric references made that feel inappropriate. In addition, the portrait portrayed of a Godly woman in this book while accurate was incomplete. It sounded too much like the 1950's version of Sally Homemaker. I saw none of the strong, energetic woman portrayed in Proverbs 31 who "considers a field and buys it."Page 92 says that the highest compliment a Christian can receive is to be described as "too nice." That is not the most important message to send to young Christian women who are living in a culture where women are treated like property and their opportunities are few. They have been too nice for too long.

Bought this for my daughter (14 years old). She said this is the best book she's ever read. Not boring at all. Very helpful.
