Well upon reading this book I find it to be very dumbed down for an adult man to be reading a book such as this. it does not go into great detail of what is actually in the Bible. it leaves out a lot of very specific things that occurred in the Bible. it also goes into writing things out as they are little stories of happenings and occurrences in the Bible. it seems more like a book that would have been written for a young person and the actual age I can't really say, but definitely not an adult male. It is also not really a Bible per se. It's totally a book of story telling. It does stay on point as towards events, occurrences, and happenings from biblical times and depicted from the Bible. Also the graphic artwork that is part of this book is very silly and great for a child viewing it, but not for an adult male. I'm very open minded about things like this, but have to be honest to the point of saying that this book just doesn't really work. As well there is a problem with the added in artwork drawn on all the pages as a bit of background. It just makes it difficult to read some of the words when it's dark ink upon dark artwork. So to say the very least about that it is completely just in the way of the reading process. As to word the writing of the material that is here for it being more a book of stories I would title it something closer to that thinking and market it to twelve year Olds or an age group around that. As well the type set that was used was a very bad choice. It's clumpy and thick. Sorry that this wasn't a better read. I feel that it was a bit of a waist of my time other than the fact that hopefully this helps others that are looking for a male adult inspirational read they will not choose this book. If for a young male to give this book a go then I say go for it.
