"Manners Made Easy" is a wonderful user friendly, scripture based workbook, not only for children, but for all ages to learn the foundations of manners and etiquette. This workbook is exceptionally outlined to train students in topics such as etiquette, proper introductions, how to talk on the telephone and exceptional manners. This is a workbook that all families, schools (private or public), churches and youth organizations should have at all times.
I read the other reviews before buying this book. I will echo what they say in that this is a great resource for teaching manners in a variety of circumstances. My only other comment would be it is directed towards a child of about age 8 and up. While it can be manipulated and worked a bit to be for a younger age, it is my opinion that it is better suited towards an older child.
This is an excellent book and it has ready to teach lessons that are fun. I just love it. I ordered several books and this one is the best so far.
This book is great because it gives direct correlation with etiquette and manners to the Bible. This is great for me because I am teaching an etiquette class to group of pre-teens and teenagers at my church so it makes for great references and it is a curriculum that my pastor will sure approve.Cannot find my previous copy and I am purchasing another!Thanks, June!
I loved this little book and taught this to a Christian School for six weeks. I still have kids tell me how much they learned and now that group are juniors in high school.Manners are certainly lacking and missing in our kids today!
This was a fun comprehensive manners book geared for school aged children. It included quizzes and suggested activities to reinforce learning.
I bought this thinking it would be similar to the manners made easy book by the same author...just more in depth. I was wrong. It does not cover near as many topics and is definitely a workbook. I don't like all the busy work type of activities.
I am an instructor, our academy purchased this workbook for our students, after teaching a few lessons from this book we have seen much improvement in our students. This is an excellent book! Thank you! :-)
