This is an excellent resource for classroom teachers. Book is organized nicely by day of the week - Terrific for 'Morning Math' warm ups - or a quick addition to homework.
It has questions for all students' learning levels. My students get to practice previously learned information so it would stay fresh in their minds. Works perfectly as a warm up for every day during the week. I am sure it would be perfect for over summer-break practice so it would prepare students for the school year ahead. I love it!
My son is a 3rd grader who loves math and he does this 5th grade book easily. It is great for him to review or preview some basic concepts. He can do 2-3 pages daily for about 10-15 minutes and it is a good practice. I will buy 6th grade book later for sure!
I purchased this work book for use over the summer. I found that it really helped keep the skill set for my child. Directions were easy to follow and aided in self-paced work for my 10 year old.
