The handle attached to this bible is very sturdy and makes it easy for our toddler to carry on her own. Helps build confidence in their independent stage, and they feel like big kids! Bible stories are nice, and a suitable length for the age group. Very colorful picture pages!
I ordered it as a gift for a co-worker's 1 year old son through another website (I didn't think to look for it on - oops!). The material it's made of is fantastic for a toddler- they can get any sort of goop on it and it can be cleaned up easily. They can also carry it around wherever they want with the cool handle. The pictures are bright and colorful, which I'm sure will grab his attention!
Every weekend my husband and I keep our granddaughter and at night before bed we read a story and go over any questions she has about what we read. This book is an excellent way to introduce your little one to our risen Lord and Savior!
Perfect for my 18 month old! The board book structure is durable for this age, where they love to turn the pages but don't yet grasp the concept of being "gentle" on the paper. She loves the pictures, the stories are short enough and varied to keep her interest, and I appreciate that creative liberties were not taken in summarizing the Biblical narratives. Handle is super cute, too... My child loves to tote hers around. Wonderful first "Bible"!
