Introduction To Torah Living: Living The Torah As Disciples Of Yeshua
Ebooks Online

From the early centuries of the common era, there were always groups of people who believed that Yeshua (Jesus) was the promised Messiah of the Tanach (Old Testament) and also continued to live in accordance with the teaching and laws of Torah. These groups were in the vast minority, however, since the Christian Church had by-and-large adopted the theology that most (if not all) of the Torah (the Law) had been done away. In our own times, a renewed interest in the value of the Torah has taken place, with many who affirm their faith in Yeshua as their Messiah and Savior also desiring to live in accordance with the Torah–its divine wisdom and guidance for all areas of our life. This book is the basis for a class I taught a number of times at our own messianic synagogue, Beit Hallel (Tacoma, WA). It is designed to help people who are just becoming interested in the value of a Torah lifestyle to understand some of the traditions that have often helped communities, families, and individuals to maintain a consistent Torah perspective on life. For information and materials relating to how we who are believers in Yeshua can live out our faith within a Torah perspective, please visit our website: www.torahresource.com.
