I bought this book for my godchild as a birthday/name day gift. I only quickly looked through it so, I don't know how it read but, the presentation and choice of traditional artwork reminded me of devotional books we received in the 1950's, as children, for First Commonion & Confirmation. If you were taught by nuns the pictures will remind you of the holy cards you were given in class for knowing your catachism. Nastalgic and very nicely done.
I had seen this little book in a museum store and decided to check for a better price. I found one in good condition for much less.
