The Read Aloud Bible Story series is amazing. If you don't own these and you teach Bible class or have young children, you need the whole set. It is money well spent. I've had these for over 20 years and have used them multiple times. You can tell that the author is a person who has told Bible stories to young children for years. The artwork to go along with the stories is wonderful. Perfect for preschoolers, but even elementary aged children will be engaged with a wonderfully told story.

Many people tell stories of Christ. Not many people know why He told them. Fewer still can see them from a Toddler's point of view . Lindvall is on my bucket list of people to meet before I die. But if I can't- thanks Ms Lindvall . For a stories well understood and thus well told-
These five volumes of Bible stories for ages 1-5 are excellent. The author writes the truth of God's word in a way that holds the attention of the toddler as well as the preschooler. I used these books with my children and now buy them for the grandchildren.
We have the first four volumes, and they're wonderful, both as read-to stories for little ones and first readers for those who are learning to read. This volume is very different; the stories are in more stilted language and don't make quite as much sense. I was quite disappointed with this volume, but I would highly recommend the first four volumes for kids ages 2-8 (even my 10- and 12-year old enjoy them!)
I have used the Read Aloud Bible Stories with children for more than 15 years. My children and I have used them with all sorts of children's groups. They have always been a favorite, encouraging the children to anticipate and participate in the stories.
I loved the first 4 books in this series. I am so disappointed by volume 5, the stories aren't ones I have to teach in church and the summary "do what Jesus tells you to do" is essentially the same for every story. What a waste of money!
We are extremely fond of this entire series. The Illustrations draws in the children and help them connect with the characters and the message. I can't more highly recommend this volume and the entire series!
