I had been wanting to buy this book for awhile, and was very disappointed when I finally did. It states in the description that there are 40,000 links...but where are they? I was expecting the links to be in the bible, where you could see a word, and have a link to a description of it, similar to a concordance or a dictionary. But no...there are no links at all...you have to go back to the index, scroll through the contents of two dictionaries, and then hope the word you are looking for is in there, and of course you have to remember where you have been reading so you can track to it. How is this any better than simply using a regular dictionary? Don't waste your money on his one.

Excellent Collection. Includes the entire bible along with the Smith's and Easton's Bible Dictionaries. Looking up words and topics is very easy and every scripture reference is linked back to the bible.

This is my most used book on my Kindle. I come back to it everyday and gives me either a quick answer, or will let me dig in as deep as I wish about anything I am interested. Yet is is easy enough for someone who is any age to find answers to any question they might need, without calling someone for help... I've encouraged many friends to invest in it before they get a half dozen other things they will end up never needing, and still want this one to end their search! I love it!

This book is awesome. This is what I have been looking for. Love the red print, because you know when Jesus is speaking.

This is by far the best bible dictionary that i have been able to find for kindle. i would definately recommend it.

Includes the old testament and new testament along with Easton's Bible Dictionary and Smith's Bible Dictionary.The Bible Dictionaries will often help explain the meaning of ancient places like Edom for example. The two included Bible Dictionaries give different explanations for the same search terms further helping to understand what is being written about by the ancient biblical writers.I gave it four stars rather than five because some of the references to ancient people, places and things merely refer back to other Biblical texts rather than explaining in modern English what the meaning of the search term really is. This does help to place the search term within a broader Biblical context, but still doesn't explain exactly what the meaning of the search term really is.Summary:A useful reference for further understanding the bible, especially the Old Testament people, and places.
