This book may be little but, it is full of love, peace, comfort and joy. This booklet uses the God's Word Translation. The God's Word Translation is very easy to understand and read.The booklet Promises from God's Word is just packed full of wonderful, inspiring Bible verses in many different categories. Some of them are Hope for Eternal Life, Hope for the Resurrection, Marriage as God Intended, The Mercy of the Son and on. This booklet can be carried anywhere and everywhere. It is very handy and offer a wealth of information that can be read over and over. This booklet has a very colorful cover and the handy size makes it a great booklet for yourself or as a gift. This book is great when you are in battle and you need to be reminded of all of God's promises. That is how we battle, reminding the lord of all his promises and he has no other choice if it is his will to bring it to pass!! the promises is the Best weapon we can use when we are going through tough times. first pray the lord's prayer and then you ask the lord to speak to you and then open the book and see what he wants to tell you!
I love the Word of God, this book I highly recommend for those seeking knowledge and understanding for life's unexpected occurrences. I've enjoyed this and I'm sure everyone else who has used this book knows where I'm getting from. Oh and little typo under the section "knowing Gods promises" It says ""Jesus said, "I am the one who brings people back to life, and I an life itself. Those who believe in me will live even if they die. Everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe that?" (John 11:25-25)."" John 11:25-25 should actually be John 11:25-26
Promises from GOD'S WORD is a great book, I am so inspired by this book because it provides a basis for living in today world. I believe this is a book for teens to help them make the right decisions and not allow peer pressure to lead them.
I am enjoying reading this book about God's promises. It has categories for different emotional needs. I should have read a sample first before buying it because I would prefer it in a King James bible version.
My church read though this wonderful book for Bible study, I loved it so much that I purchased additional copies to give to gave as gifts of love.
I love reading devotionals, Promises from God's Word, is filled with the love and peace that only comes from our Lord.
