I love the message delivered in this quick to read book. I used it as a topic for YSA/FHE and they loved it. Or, maybe they just loved the chocolate chip cookies we made to go along with the lesson. Hmmm.
I bought this looking for an idea for a relief society activity and found this fits perfectly for all those looking for encouragement in strengthening their testimony and resolve for the gospel. Quick read but jam packed with great advice. Can't wait to turn this into a full blown activity.
This book was lovely. It is geared toward youth, but the ideas applicable to anyone. I used this book as the theme for an activity for my women's group at church and taught a lesson from it. It's a wonderful, uplifting, quick read.
This is officially my favorite book, it has so many relatable anologies, and really breaks things down for everyone to understand "how to be the chocolate chip". I recommend this to everyone it is a short story so a perfect book to read to the kids for a bed time story. Or read to your kids while making homemade chocolate chips so they can understand physically and mentally what the book is explaing.
Such a great book. Geared towards LDS youth but has a worthwhile message for any age of any faith. I've told many people about this book. Its a must read
The analogy was fantastic and well written. Made for a great family lesson. It was short enough to read the entire thing with the family while the chocolate chip cookies baked.
This book works great for the first lesson in September for come follow me. How to be in the world, but not of the world. I wish I had a book for all the girls. Quick read
5 stars. it was a quick read. loved it. we developed a lesson and taught our young women. of course we made them chocolate chip cookies to go with the handout.
