This is a great package for someone seeking a clear and straight forward guide to follow as they seek a greater spiritual growth over the time span of the book. The layout is inviting and strong in the intent perceived. The simple easy to follow design does not require someone to need additional research tools and books to receive the guidance presented. The presentation is interesting in that each page can stand alone as its own thought provoking exercise and meditation.
