I had twelve years of catholic schooling so I am pretty familiar with the Jesus story so to read it alongside with a very different concept of religion and spirituality was very interesting. Dr Hall outlines some amazing points and thought provoking concepts that really opened my eyes to a new way of thinking. For the fans of theology or those who just want to open their minds this book is a must have.
Although rather short at 100 pages, provides some information backing the theory that a feminine presence has been mentioned in Christianity and to some extent portions of the bible. A good read for a theological debate.
I really enjoyed this book and found it very helpful as CHRISTOPAGAN myself. I like that the author seems to be more Christ focused like myself unlike other books on this topic. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THE AUTHOR'S next book on this topic. The author does a very good job explaining the pros and cons and benefits of blending 2 religious mindsets.Does a very good job on showing how blending CHRISTIANITY with Paganism does not diminish either of them.I recommend this book to those of both faiths to help explain what we are doing as ChristoPagans and to those who want to blend their own spiritual path.
Not what I had expected, Probably a positive concept but not one I subscribe to.
