My son, age 20, told me last night that he has read 1/2 of this book already and it's changed his life. I just gave it to him a few days ago. He is already a good kid, but it's very difficult to get children to hear their parents. They will listen to an author who speaks their language. There is no better review I can think of than from that of a young (very good-looking) adult who wants to get his life straight and live for God. Kids have extreme pressures and need strong examples. Thank you to the author for using his gift to speak to others.
This is a great book for a young man of faith. I find this best for teenagers. It will encourage you and give you things to think about. This book would make a great gift for a young man, who is a new believer in Christ, or someone who has a strong relationship with him. This is a must-read!
My son found this book to be enriching, encouraging, easy to read, and challenging his walk with Jesus to become stronger.
I bought this book for a group of young high school men. I felt (as well as the boys) that the book was too juvenile for my freshmen guys. Might be ok for middle schoolers but i think it's over all too dated. Just has "90's youth ministry" written all over it. It was just too out of touch for highschool boys of today.
I bought this for a Christian nephew graduating fromhigh school. Who knows whether or not he ever readit, but he said it was good. I read through some of itand it seemed excellent advice for a young man.
I found the book relevant for todays' young man. The author is very real and approachable, someone who can break down barriers and reach anyone looking for answers. I bought four of them and gave them to the young men in my life!
Fantastic book for our two young teenage boys. Very relatable; the author does a great job of connecting with the younger generation and offering support in a challenging world. Highly recommend.
This is a very well written book from a man's perspective. It has also inspired me to look at life through the lens of a Godly Man.
